Hey all,

We had a quick officer meeting last night and we are doing a few things differently as per your requests.

First of all please Welcome Karimlys as our newest officer, he will be in charge of hunter and pulling raiding issues. And he is also the new applicant gear police, he checks up on our new applicants to see where there gear level is.

As per popular request we are changing up the 25 man raiding to include more and different bosses that we have killed in the past. The calendar will have a generic 25 man raid for sign up and the target will be posted in the guild MOTD daily. This will be to get some farm status mobs going along with keeping our progression moving forward. We will continue to run impromptu 10 mans as we can and if you have a 10 man you would like to lead on the raid calendar please talk to one of the officers and we will get it posted for you.

You will notice we have promoted some people to Raider Status. These people get priority for raiding spots as well as a nice reward of some Marks of Illidari. If you want to make raider status you need to attend the whole raid for 70% of the DKP raids (Sun-Thurs) in a 30 day period.

If you want to check your raiding status please do the following:
1) Log into the DKP site by following the like on the left. The log in will be the exact same as your forum login.
2) Click on the DKP tab in the upper left corner.
3) If the number in the last column (Last 30 days) next to your name is 70% or greater (it will be highlighted in green) you are at Raider status!

Grimshade has been uploading our combat logs to wowwebstats after each raid. He maintains a list of links to our raid logs in the Raiding forum.

Please take the time to look up the logs whenever you can. They are quite interesting, as it is possible to use them to recreate the entire raid and see what happened second by second, with lots of neat charts and drilldown capability.

I have heard some say that "charts don't tell the whole story". Looking through these logs I think that is a difficult position to maintain - these logs really spell it all out. Please go check them out!
